Analysis of International Experience in the Field of Corporate Systems E-commerce

The present work is devoted to the study of corporate e-commerce systems, as well as to the analysis of the world experience of their use. The purpose of this diploma is to analyze the existing corporate e-commerce systems to devote the key aspects that can be applied to improve corporate e-commerce systems market segment in Russia. This is an attempt to analyze foreign CRM-systems, SCM-systems, procurement management systems and electronic trading platforms. Also, the task was to consider the case of introducing a corporate system into the company. As a result of the research, theoretical aspects of the structure of the market for corporate e-commerce systems were studied. The most common systems are identified, as well as their characteristics and methods of integration into the enterprise. In the context of considering the world experience, corporate systems of various segments were analyzed, for each of which the main development trends and key success factors were identified. As a result of research into the implementation of the system in a particular enterprise, a SWOT analysis of the company was carried out, its business processes were identified, on the basis of which the system was selected. Criteria have been developed for the introduction of corporate e-commerce systems, which in the future can be considered by many small and medium-sized companies before the introduction of a corporate e-commerce system into the enterprise, which can significantly save the cost of integration and optimize the choice of the necessary system.
