Development of Requirements for an Information System that Ensures Interaction between the Manufacturer and the Dealer Network

The purpose of the thesis is the development of requirements for an information system that ensures interaction between the manufacturer and the dealer network. To achieve this goal, four tasks were set and implemented: 1. Analyze the existing process "as-is" of company X. 2. Create a "to-be" model. 3. Develop requirements for the information system. 4. Describe the developed in accordance with the requirements software and evaluate the economic effectiveness of its implementation. In the first chapter the author describes the company X, the IT infrastructure of the company "as-is", and analyzes the current state of the business processes. After this, the "as-is" models in the ARIS eEPC notation are developed. At the end of the first chapter, the shortcomings of the current business process are described, the solution of which is the introduction of a new system. The second chapter describes the "to-be" model after the implementation of the developed software, then the "to-be" model of the interaction of employees with systems in ARIS eEPC notation is developed. After that, the author describes the developed requirements for the software, on the basis of which the development of new software was developed. In the third chapter, the author presented results of software development, presented in the form of an operator's manual, as well as an assessment of the economic effectiveness of software implementation.
