The Process of Creating Software Requirements for a Solution Based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the Operation Center

This paper describes the process of creating requirements for a custom solution for the operational center, taking into account the intricacies of the organization in many regions of the country. The solution reflects the integrity of the work of the business process of the organization, but at the same time includes the features of the work of various subjects of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the work was to develop requirements for customizing the solution based on the CRM-system for the organization of X, which has operational centers. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were accomplished: 1. Analysis of the current state of the organization; 2. Formalized key business processes of the enterprise; 3. Interviewing the stakeholders of the company to identify the requirements for the system; 4. Requirements for the customization of the solution based on the CRM system for the organization of X. The first chapter of the paper analyzes the key business processes of the organization, develops models of current business processes (as is) and improved business processes (to be). The second chapter of the paper describes the process of gathering requirements, as well as the requirements for the solution. The third chapter describes the process of implementing the requirements collected in the second chapter.
