Integration of a Paperless Signing System into IT Infrastructure of the Financial Organization

The work demonstrates the process of integrating the Paperless Signing System into the IT infrastructure of a financial institution. In order to implement the System, the current IT infrastructure of the institution and the process of signing documents called “As-Is” were analyzed. Within the framework, a scenario of the system's operation was also developed, some business processes were described, a general model of the complex was developed without binding to a specific IT landscape. Using the analyzed IT infrastructure of the financial institution, the Functional Architecture of the developed solution was prepared and all methods of integration between the interrelated systems involved in the paperless signing system were described. The work also demonstrates the results of the implementation of the system in the financial institutions, namely, the interfaces of the final system are presented and the changes that occurred in the institution after implementation are described.
