Marketing Business Processes Automatization in «Mir»

The work is dedicated to marketing business processes automation in a company “Mir”. The main goal of the study is to improve current business processes to solve the problem of business profit loss due to the processes’ weaknesses. Clients’ loyalty reduction, waste of labour resources, sales loss and inability to a centralized and expedited decision-making can be identified among these problems. For achieving the goal, the following targets were set: - choosing methods and mythologies for marketing business process automation, - modelling and analysis of current marketing business processes, - developing a project design for marketing business processes automation, - implementing developments to improve marketing business processes. As a results of the work the company have got automated marketing business processes that meet the requirements and solve the problems raised. There are also the interim results such as business processes models, requirements for the processes and a project design that constitute a crucial practical significance for further improvement of the company.
