Implementation of Augmented Reality in "Wheely", a Personal Driver Service Application

The objectives of this paper is to improve user experience in mobile application «Wheely» a Personal Driver Service. After analysis of user base it was decided to develop and integrate augmented reality module in iOS application «Wheely». In the final application, the augmented reality module will work as a preview of the different levels of service in the form of a 3D model of a car drawn around the user. For implementation was used ARKit SDK for mapping 3D model to real world. After testing of developed prototype with real users it shows practical outcome in conversion growth of more expensive tariffs and enhanced user experience. This enhancement leads to increase in company profits.
