Developing Requirements for Mobile Applications for Work with Loan Applications

At the moment, credit products in Russia are popular both among individuals and legal entities. Loans are one of the main sources of income for banks, which makes the task of optimizing the processes of working with them a high priority task. The purpose of the thesis is to develop requirements for a mobile application that would improve the process of working with loan applications in the bank. To achieve the goal, the following intermediate tasks were accomplished: 1. Existing IT infrastructure of the bank were examined 2. The business processes of selling credit products were formalized and problem areas in them were found 3. Requirements for a mobile application were developed based on the methodology of Karl Wigers 4. Comparison of existing platforms for implementation of the application is made and the most appropriate was perfomed 5. Changes in business processes are described and application implementation results were evaluated As a result of the work done, the desired qualitative improvements in the sales of credit products were achieved and a mobile platform was created, which in the future can be extended to improve other processes.
