Product Development Based on Open Data Analysis

Main purpose of this project is to develop and implement a functioning and profitable product. The product in development is going to be an application that would show the locations and descriptions of surveillance cameras on the streets of Moscow and offer the user to analyze their route for the amount of cameras they encounter. The data about cameras’ locations will be taken from the Moscow open data portal. The methods in use are a powerful tool of data analysis and application development that have the potential to be useful for both software engineers and analysts. The results will be beneficial for regular users and business community interested in the future geographic information system (GIS).

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
