Master's thesis on "Development of a Methodology for Adapting a Novice IT Specialist" is devoted to the development of an adaptation program by means of gamification. The use of gaming mechanisms in the process of adapting novice IT professionals will allow them to be maximally involved not only in the professional process, but also in the organizational culture of the company, which in turn reduces the risks of the turnover of the key players.

In Master's thesis, was conductedan the expert survey among employees of HR departments in IT companies, where they confirmed the relevance and effectiveness of the developed program of adaptation techniques.
