The general purpose of this study is to create a describing model of cryptocurrency exchange based on both Smart contract and Lightning network technologies. This model could help to reduce transaction costs for the users of the blockchain network based on Bitcoin and Ethereum cryptocurrencies. This will be done mainly by examining the practical application of the explored technologies and by synthesis and assessment of new hypnotizes. The anticipated results might be useful for the companies and people who have assets in cryptocurrencies and who want to exchange it quickly and efficiently.
