Introduction of the Employee Involvement Program in the ASE Engineering Company

The master's thesis is presented by two chapters, which include 5 paragraphs, as well as a conclusion, a list of references and applications. The first chapter of the master's thesis is its theoretical part. This chapter discusses the history of the concept of involvement, the role and significance of involvement in enhancing organizational effectiveness, the experience of developing and implementing programs of involvement in business companies. Modern approaches and problems to the study of involvement are noted. The analytical part of the work is presented in the second chapter. It consists of three paragraphs, the first of which deals with a brief history, the characteristics of the company and the organization of the work of the personnel management service at the JSC AS IK ASE. The second and third paragraphs present a comprehensive program for increasing the involvement of staff in the company and the results of implementing the program. And also the analysis of actions influencing the index of involvement is presented.
