The current study considers the application of information technology methods in project management based on the example of an IT company “KROK Inc.”. The study is divided into three parts, which include theoretical basics, analyze of the current business processes state and the changes in these processes achieved by implementation of the information system.
The management of the purchase process is analyzed in terms of its possible enhancement due to the implementation of the information system. The conclusion of the study contains the results of IT project automation based on the purchase process efficiency.
The study can be considered as a guide for other IT companies on how to implement IT project management solution into the company infrastructure.
