Mobile Applications in the Educational Process

The use of mobile applications for all sorts of purposes is a pervasive phenomenon in the modern world. It is convenient, familiar and so ordinary that sometimes people do not even think about what could be different. However, mobile applications are not used in all areas where it could be to the place. For example, in many Russian universities, even the advanced ones, the information environment consists of a poorly made site with a repulsive interface, or from a site and a poorly tuned learning management system, the use of which makes life more complicated than simplifies. In this study, the methods for solving information problems of a particular university HSE will be proposed, by gathering information about this area and structuring the material received for further proposal of a template for a fundamentally new mobile application that will combine the functions of LMS HSE, Schedule HSE, hse.ru, and other Internet facilities of the Higher School of Economics.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.

In the event that a thesis is quoted or otherwise used, reference to the author’s name and the source of quotation is required.
