Role of Investors’ Behavior on Real Estate Market

The current paper is tended to be the bridge between the researcher of real estate markets and the individuals played the major roles there. The object of analysis is the real estate market of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast. The accent is paid on the price analysis and data collection in relation with the influence of various financial and non-financial factors. In accordance with these attributes, the behavioral aspects are described in the paper. Key factors of investors' interest and their magnitude on the market are found and the models of the residential property price analysis are presented.
