Use of Digital Marketing Communication Channels for Promotion of Educational Services (Training Courses)

The present study explores digital marketing communication channels and possibilities of using them to inform potential customers about training courses. This project attempts to summarize and systematize the experience of domestic and foreign researchers in promotion of educational services. The project considers a concept of marketing promotion and promotional tools within the digital environment. In addition, existing digital marketing communication channels are examined and peculiarities of educational services are considered in terms of promotion. The ways of using these channels for promotion of educational courses are covered. The results of practical implementation of promotional tools to some digital marketing communication channels are considered in a separate chapter. It is anticipated that the results of this study will be useful for companies providing educational services and for those people who are interested in theory and practice of digital marketing.
