Analysis and Improvement of Processes in Health Sector

The research is the wish for creating a model for the application of process-oriented management for medical institutions and bodies monitoring their activities. The primary purpose of the work is to determine the composition and content of analytical procedures and management decisions to improve the quality of internal business processes in a medical institution. The subject of the research is the study and improvement of the process-oriented approach by the example of the internal operation "Emergency hospitalisation" and its maintenance in the medical information system (MIS). The applicated applied methods can be used by analysts who monitor the activities of medical organisations, in particular, emergency aid stations. The expected results can help to improve the efficiency of the work of medical institutions in the part of hospitalisation of patients, having satisfied their requests for the provision of medical services.
