In the early 2000s, the idea of "agile" software development methodologies was developed/ At the same time, it became almost immediately clear that it is impossible to fully realize the potential of these methodologies without introducing new approaches to related processes, for example, such as IT infrastructure management. In this paper, we analyze the theoretical prerequisites for the emergence of the automation concept for the ISLC, analyze various studies of the economic effect from its implementation, and develop a financial model that allows us to assess the impact of the implementation of the automation tools of the ISLC on the costs of the IT infrastructure of any company.
