A huge variety of information technologies in current millennium definitely lead the society into the future. IT (information technologies) in every field of activity can change people lifestyle in a better way. There is a fact that a lot of areas are supposed to be covered by information technologies and this is the main reason of actuality of this research. The main aim of the research is to find out whether the suggested technology is needed for selected group of people and if it is not true, find another group and build a business plan of offered startup. The research has some main objectives like get information about main methods of developing the information systems; analyze the market of the restaurants and the group of people related with this market; develop the structure of the organization including the constitution of the staff; make a financial plan of the project and take the consideration of possible risks
