Influence of Intellectual Capital on Company`s Performance

This work is a study of the impact of intellectual capital on the company's performance. The study is based on a sample of companies actively trading in the market. The research methodology was chosen based on the theoretical review. The method used in the work is the intellectual coefficient of added value. a positive relationship between return on assets and intellectual capital is expected.
