Twenty – first century is marked by great technological and scientific breakthroughs. We need to understand that Science and Technology have not simply changed the ways of production and economic regulations, but had a massive impact on people's mind-set, moral vision of the world and society's development. Science and technology have affected human – beings’ basic values and ideas on the issues of what is right and what is wrong. However, realizing disastrous implication of possible uncontrolled advancement of Science and Technology, people have had to act in accordance with moral values which have been elaborated through the different periods of humankind’s evolution . From this now on, Science and Technology is no longer an area of an isolated group of people (scientist, and entrepreneurs) but has acquired a reputation of socio – cultural phenomena. Science and Technology field is investigated by a large number of experts, thinkers and philosophers who have looked into a problem from various angles particularly emphasizing a problem of moral and ethical issues related to Science and Technology. Before constructing a perfect image of the future, it is much of importance to realize if scientific and technological progress correspond with our moral principles? As a result, we have come to a crucial point of finding out directions for further development of civilization. People must face up with the dilemma on how to develop science and technology and not to become a victim of their own actions.
