A problem that motivates a project is a lack of complex and deep surveys about Russian entrepreneurs and the area which they are operating in. It is crucial to explore factors that influence small and medium entrepreneurship to find what helps Russian enterprise to develop. The work is dedicated to searching for factors influencing on small and medium enterprise in Russian regions.
