Analysis of the Commercial Real Estate Market of Developed Countries on the Example of Spain

This dissertation paper is devoted to analysis of commercial real estate markets in developed countries on the example of Spain. The object of research are economic factors and real estate indicators. The subject of the study are theoretical and practical approaches to identifying the impact of economic factors on commercial real estate indicators in terms of crisis. The main purpose of this research is to find the factors that have the greatest impact on the real estate market. Successful achieving this goal requires fulfillment following tasks: • analyze Kondratiev waves with economic crises; • investigate literature topics related to the study; • research methodological basis of the study; • describe of economic factors that influence on cost of selling and renting a real estate’s square meter; • test hypothesis; • analyze the results of hypotheses testing; • identify the most important factors when investing in commercial real estate. The dissertation paper consists of three chapters, 30 pages, 5 tables, 1 graph and 2 appendixes. Key words: Square meter; Commercial real estate; Economic factors; Crisis; Kondratiev waves.
