Personnel Engagement in Distribution Company "Intermedica"

The purpose of the paper is to analyze the personnel engagement of the distribution company Intermedica. The author conducted a detailed analysis of scientific sources on the problems of engagement in organizations, identified significant differences in the definitions of loyalty, commitment, identification, satisfaction. The empirical basis of the research was a survey of employees of Intermedica company. The questionnaire is developed on the basis of the approach of the consulting company Aon Hewitt. The author made conclusions about the need to improve the company's career development path, control the effectiveness of employees, methods of hiring staff, internal situation in the company. The result of the study is the development of recommendations (including a number of events) aimed at increasing the level of engagement of employees in Intermedica company.
