Increase of the Efficiency of Youth Ginger Group at JSC Atomenergoproekt
Nowadays there is no accurate structured system of work with young employees in most the Russian companies. It is due to the fact that leaders don’t consider this direction important, so they carry out the process rather irresponsibly and distribute costs for it in the production budget inefficiently. Thus, relevance of final qualification research consists in need of modernization of system of work with young employees in big companies. It is possible to define the hypothesis of the research as: youth council can be one of the most dynamic, reliable, economic and effective tools in implementation of work with young specialists policy in big companies. During the research the hypothesis was confirmed.
