Integration of TQM and Lean- management Systems

The process of work, research was conducted on quality management systems and lean manufacturing, research of approaches and existing practices in the field of management systems integration. As a result of the research, the requirements of the standards were integrated into the quality management system and the lean manufacturing management system, which takes into account the requirements of the standards GOST R ISO 9004 - 2015 and GOST R 56404-2015. An algorithm for integrating the two management systems was developed, as well as a checklist for its verification.
