In the research work, the problems of modern project management organizations were identified, the current ways of their solution were investigated. General characteristics of the main flexible methodologies were given, which were considered as a promising method of solving the problems of modern management. All flexible methods, including Scrum, emphasize teamwork, frequent deliveries of working software, close cooperation with customers and the ability to respond quickly to changes. As a result, a General plan for the transition of the organization to Scrum was proposed, and the main problems that may arise in connection with the transformation of the organization were identified. A General assessment of the possibility of applying flexible methodologies in the management of the organization is given.
