Master's thesis on the topic "Optimization of a subdivision based on management roles model" is devoted to the study of the influence of employees` managerial roles on the effectiveness of tasks. The terms "Social role" and "Professional role" are defined in Master's thesis. We developed a special tool that determines the role combination of employees and formulates recommendations for improving efficiency in order to conduct diagnostics of the organization.
