Development of Business Models in the Business Market of Bank Products
Analysis of the influence of banks on the development of the real sector is crucial for the economy as whole. The Russian banking sector continues to develop under the influence of two factors: on the one hand, tightening sanctions, a difficult macroeconomic situation, on the other - the development of technologies and the growth of customers' expectations. This study examines the effectiveness of existing business models of banks in working with corporate clients in the current market conditions. The client-centric approach and the introduction of innovative technologies are identified as the fundamental characteristics of the model, which seems to be the most relevant for use on the Russian market. Based on the analysis, a business model of customization was proposed, combining effective factors for the development of relationships between the banking and corporate sectors. As a confirmation of the results obtained, an algorithm based on data analysis with the help of thematic modeling is proposed for practical application by the bank as a priority following the current trend in order to use the obtained competitive advantages of the customization business model.
