The Estimation of Entry and Perspectives of Expansion of LLC "AZ ARMATUREN" on Russian Market

The given research represents an analysis of entry and development prospects of pipeline armature manufacturer LLC “AZ Armaturen” in the Russian market. The purpose of this work is to estimate the current economic situation of the subsidiary and to determine the possibilities for the expansion project in Russia. In the course of the study, the following tasks were solved: 1. Study of scientific literature on corporate internationalization and investments; 2. Revelation of the relationships between the company's results and external and internal factors, affected its activity; 3. Evaluation of the company's development opportunities on the market based on current growth dynamics and the possibility of obtaining investments; 4. Drafting the project plan for the expansion on Russian market and calculating of cash flows; 5. Investment project efficiency dimension and interpretation of the results: profitability, real options, simulation modeling. The urgency of this work is caused by the unstable position of the company in the Russian market, which was connected with the recent start of operations. Evaluation of the factors and the results of market entry and determining the profitability of the expansion project will allow LLC “AZ Armaturen” to choose the most effective development strategy. Scope of work: 63 pages, 3 chapters, 9 drawings, 8 tables, 67 sources, 9 applications.
