In this paper were considered personal and organizational values ​​in the system of corporate culture of the organization of additional education, the problems of their correlation and interaction, conflicts of values, their influence on the company's activity . During practical research, a conflict of values ​​was identified and described on the basis of the Oxford English Learning Center, a program was developed to overcome it
