The final qualifying work on the topic "Improvement of warehouse activities" includes: 73 pages, 13 tables, 20 figures; the resources used - 51. The subject of the research is methods of improving the process of collecting the orders in a warehouse. The aim of the work is to develop proposals for optimizing the warehouse in a company that delivers food in a small city. Based on the results of the study of the logistics activities of the company, a set of measures was proposed to increase the efficiency of the warehouse of the company. The practical value of this work is that the proposed changes in the process of collecting orders were successfully implemented in the activities of the company's management.
