Business Service Centre as a Model of Recruitment in a Modern Holding Company (on the Example of Sibur LTD)

The relevance of this work is due to the fact that the application of the common service center (OCS) implementation model among large territorially distributed holding companies became an obvious trend in the 2000s. This path of development of its business segment decided to apply the petrochemical holding SIBUR, creating a Business Service Center in Nizhny Novgorod, which has been successfully operating for more than 8 years. The work analyzes the implementation process within the framework of SIBUR, describes the stages of implementation, business processes and prospects for the development of SIBUR-ZOB. The results of this research will be useful for HR companies, consulting companies, heads of integrated personnel centers in Russia, as well as for students and students interested in the progressively developing model of SSC implementation in large companies.
