Работа написана по теме «Разработка предпринимательского проекта языковая школа «Престиж». В ней рассмотрена актуальность и важность изучения иностранного языка в современной жизни. Мы изучили различные бизнес-модели в частных языковых школах и проблемы дополнительного образования, в частности, языковых школ, также нашли пути его сохранения. Далее нами было проведено глобально исследование рынка частных языковых школ и его динамика. Были изучены конкуренты, клиенты и общая ситуация в отрасли. Ну и наконец, мы разработали собственный проект языковой школы, прописав бизнес-план, стратегии, финансовый план и маркетинговый план. В итоге наш бизнес был запущен в тестовом режиме.
