Nowadays, there is a fairly large market of Japanese figures, with a considerable cash turnover around the world, which is rather poorly understood. These collectibles are widely distributed both in Japan and abroad. The question is how to determine the current price and how to predict the price at the secondary market of figures. However, studies on this topic are extremely scarce. Existing studies focus more on collectible goods in general, which in practice does not apply to the figurine market in particular. This study is aimed at identifying factors that affect the sharp fluctuations in the price of figurines on the market, factors that explain the price at the moment and build forecasts for price changes in the future. As well as explanation of these factors, and the construction of the pricing model using machine learning techniques and algorithms. In this study, a database of more than 5,500 figures is analyzed. On this basis, the factors influencing the price of the finished product are revealed, and the recommendations concerning collectors and the pricing policy of the figure producers are presented. Therefore, the analysis of such a market will be relevant, and the results will be in demand by the participants of this market throughout the world. Keywords: figures, secondary market, collectibles, machine learning, pricing
