Determinant Analysis of Staffing Capacity in Healthcare Organizations

The health of the population is one of the most important directions in the successful development of any state. The government is responsible for providing quality medicine services and having the necessary number of doctors. This can be influenced by various factors, including financing, which occurs at the expense of budgetary funds, as well as the rational allocation of allocated funds. This work is aimed at analyzing the factors, presumably, affecting the staffing of medical organizations in the regions of the Privolzhsky Federal District. A review of the literature presents a description of the works and articles the subject of which is the health economics. The study selected a number of determinants related to health, economics and social demography. The tools of work are econometric packages. 14 regions are being studied for the period 2013-2016. The main result obtained in the course of the work is confirmation of the relationship between the number of doctors in the region and the index of the standardized level to the average wage in the regions.
