The transition to digitalization and changes in state policy influence the formation of the consumers' requests. Increased competition in the banking sector dictates new requirements and approaches to the implementation of activities. In any commercial bank due to increased competition special attention should be paid to quality management. The bases of quality management are the level of customer satisfaction and the requirements that consumers put forward to the service. High quality of services cannot be provided without building an effective system of business processes. The recommendations developed are aimed at improving the service quality while also focused on minimizing losses and errors in business processes. Also, recommendations are oriented to deliver a competitive edge to the bank. The observance of these recommendations would allow to optimize the process of the service providing.
