"HSE-Perm Regulations" Information Retrieval System Design

This research is to design a scalable information retrieval system automating contradictions resolution within a company's regulation documents using the set of regulations of Higher School of Economics as an example. In order to design the system, the following steps have been completed: analyze the current state of the main processes involved in contradiction resolutions, develop models of the current and desired state of these processes, design the database structure. After that user interface mockups have been developed, and, most importantly, the requirements specification has been created to be later used for the system development. The paper consists of two chapters and has the total of 50 pages.
