The Influence of Education within Boards of Directors` Networks on Company`s Value

Results of this research develop intangible assets theory and their impact on company's activity: the author has found evidence of both impact of the board education and education of its network on company's value and found out the value of the decrease of this impact while moving out from the particular company of the network.
