Considering economic globalization, the factors influencing the implementation of projects depend increasingly on global trends: changes in exchange rates, commodity prices, sanctions regime, and others. They affect all stages of project life cycle. The emergence of new technologies significantly reduces the stages of project implementation, which leads to reduction in time and cost for project implementation. The need for prompt reaction to changes entails the need to implement agile project management methods. This study is devoted to the introduction of agile project management in the State Corporation “Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)”. The object of the study is Vnesheconombank, the subject of the study are agile methods of project management. The aim of the study is developing recommendations for the application of agile methods of project management in Vnesheconombank.
