Using Videocontent in Marketing Activities of Online Store

The title of the work " Using video content in marketing activities of online store". Graduation qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of literature and applications. In this paper, a study was conducted, the purpose of which was to analyze the effectiveness of video content for small and medium-sized businesses. In work theoretical aspects and concepts of video-marketing are studied, leading video trends are also analyzed. The fact that for the successful promotion on the modern trading market, it is necessary to adhere to the development of the video content vector is proved. An analysis of Saniterm's marketing activities was conducted, a portrait of the target audience was compiled, and competitors were analyzed and compared. Channels and tools for effective promotion of the company on the Internet are carefully chosen. Within the framework of the practical part, three advertising videos of different formats and price categories, were also filmed and edited. A focus group was conducted to identify the optimal video format for increasing conversion and as a promotion for the company's multi-channel strategy. Recommendations were developed and proposed.
