Stimulating Employees Depending on Their Belonging to a Particular Generation

Nowadays, researches, which are based on Generation Theory, which was developed by Howe and Straus, are becoming more popular among international and Russian researches. The results of study are not the same – some articles demonstrate the differences in stimulation of staff, others – not. To understand, are there any differences in stimulation of personnel in organization, 227 respondents were studied using such methods, as interview and survey. During the research, differences in stimulation various age groups were founded. After getting such results, recommendations were given to head of organization for successful human resources management.
