The system for automation of the EM-6030 probe system for measuring the characteristics of integrated circuit elements installed in the laboratory of the Department of Electronic Engineering of the MIEM of the Higher School of Economics and used for educational purposes serves as the object of development of the final qualified work.

The aim of the work is to design a probe automation system for automating the measurement of the characteristics of the objects under study, collecting the results of measurements in digital form, creating photo and video reports of the studies.

During the performance of the final qualified work, a working model of the system was obtained on the basis of a developed programmable logic controller controlled by the Atmel ATmega328 family microcontroller, which can connect up to 18 regulators, as well as compatible with the Arduino platform with software in the Arduino IDE environment. As management software, a management program is developed in the LabView 2016 environment that has automatic, semi-automatic and manual control functions with delay, reverse, wide calibration settings, image recording and MS Excel output file. The controller body is also developed taking into account operating conditions. The calculation of reliability and economic justification has been performed, which resulted in high reliability of the device (MTTF = 269322.55 hours) and a high profitability for implementation (107149.447$). The choice of the basic elements is substantiated, installation is considered, fastenings and wiring of the device are designed. Functional, schematic diagrams, tracing. The ways of modernization are presented.

35 sources of literature have been used. The final qualifying work contains 17 tables, 28 images and 10 applications. The volume of finished work was 97 sheets.
