Improvement of Logistics Operations in the Process of Multimodal and Intermodal Shipping Container Cargo

Nowadays the problems of the container logistics market, the weak development of the TLU market contribute to the search for models and methods of optimization of logistics processes. This work is aimed at finding solutions to optimize logistics operations. The purpose of this study - the search for methods to improve logistics operations in the delivery of container cargo in a mixed message. The aim determines the following tasks of the research, as: 1) to analyze the technology of cargo transportation, their classification, to compare different delivery options 2) to analyze the current state of the container transportation market, its dynamics and development prospects; 3) develop ways to manage the level of risk 4) solve the problem of finding a supplier, as well as to determine the optimal plan for the supply of containers, taking into account the economic costs and reliability criteria. As for the contents, 1 part assumes the theory, in the second Chapter the analysis of the international container market is considered, in the third Chapter the practical part on an optimization method of planning of delivery of freight is considered
