Features of the Participation of Small and Medium-sized Businesses in the Procurement Carried out by Certain Types of Legal Entities on the Example of the Nuclear Industry

This master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of SMEs' participation in procurement carried out by certain types of legal entities on the example of the nuclear industry. The emphasis in this work is on the 223-FL, since the procurement practice of the nuclear industry is carried out mainly in the legal field of this law. The object of this study is public relations with the participation of SMEs in procurement, carried out by certain types of legal entities on the example of the nuclear industry. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of procurement among SMEs in the industry under consideration. The final results of the work are aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the domestic nuclear industry in the world market.
