Year of Graduation: 2018

The work is devoted to obtaining arrays of heterostructural nanowires by matrix synthesis and to the study of their structure. The electrolyte containing copper and Nickel ions for the layer-by-layer electrodeposition was selected in the work. The dependence of the chemical composition of the galvanically deposited substance on the applied potential was studied. The dependence of the chemical composition of the galvanically deposited substance on the anode material (copper and Nickel anodes) was investigated. On the basis of the obtained data, the mode of obtaining heterostructural nanowires by matrix synthesis by electrochemical filling of track membranes was selected and improved. The obtained samples of heterostructural nanowires were investigated by scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Was conducted by x-ray diffraction studies of samples obtained by deposition on a flat surface at different potentials, samples of heterogeneous land mass of the nanowires and the sample flat layers deposited under the same mode as nanowires and heterogeneous land mass.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.

In the event that a thesis is quoted or otherwise used, reference to the author’s name and the source of quotation is required.
