In the conditions of perfect competition, the supply of the customers' products is the main task of industrial production companies. In most cases, implementing the JIT concept will give a competitive advantage over other companies that operate by the classical logistics management system. The main advantages of the JIT concept are the low cost of manufactured products, almost no defects, high flexibility in the production process, high flexibility in changing market demand.

The goal of the thesis work is the development of complex proposals for testing the current state of internal logistics of “SamAuto” LLC and its improvement through the implementing and using of the JIT concept in the company's production process.
