Key Business Processes Analysis and Improvement

Nowadays the external environment of the organization is changing very quickly. Therefore, the main purpose of the company is to adapt to them, and learn how to effectively use the company’s resources and technologies. Business process management is an effective approach that allows companies to achieve these goals. The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations and activities to optimize the business processes of the enterprise. The main theories, methods and tools for analyzing and improving the processes were considered. In the beginning, the problematic process of the company was identified. In the research, it has been investigated in details and described using a cross-functional diagram. As a result, the problem areas of the process were identified, and the potential causes of the existing problem were discovered. In conclusion, a program of recommendations were developed to optimize the business process of the company.
