Now in Russia there is a great interest in the study of organizational culture, it is shown by both scientists and leaders of different companies. In order to form an effective organizational culture, it is necessary to understand the possibility of using the features of the national culture and its impact on the organizational culture of enterprises. as a result, it is necessary to apply new approaches to the problem of study. As one of the new paradigms in the management of organizational culture, a rapidly developing theory of fractals can come out. The purpose of this study is to investigate the fractal nature of organizational culture. The methodological and theoretical basis of this work was the method of comparative analysis, questionnaires, the methodology of G. Hofstede and D. Bollinge "diagnostics of the enterprise according to the main parameters of the organizational culture" etc. The results are proposed recommendations to Russian enterprises in order to enhance their organizational culture, as well as conclusions On the application of characteristics peculiar to American enterprises on the Russian organizational culture.
