Analysis of the Resources and Opportunities of the Enterprise for the Purpose of Its Development

The analysis of the enterprise's activity is one of the key processes necessary for the effective functioning and further development of the organization. A comprehensive analysis of resources and capabilities will help to determine the main ways of strategic development. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the resources and capabilities of the company with the aim of developing a strategically important direction of the firm. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to conduct an appropriate review of the theoretical foundations of resource analysis, as well as to explore the capabilities of the organization. As part of the work, methods such as expert survey, secondary data analysis, enterprise financial analysis, PEST and SWOT analysis were used. The results obtained will make it possible to provide solutions for improving the efficiency of the firm's work, and also to propose recommendations for the development of a strategically important business direction of the enterprise.
