This work is devoted to the study of existing types of preheater heaters and fire protection systems for road transport. The obtained data are necessary for revealing the requirements for the improvement of existing standard pre-engine engine systems for domestic cars. The purpose of this work is to reduce the risk of fires in the engine compartment of the vehicle. In the work, the staffing system was modernized by adding a developed automatic fire extinguishing system. The circuit-and system-technical solution of the power supply module is proposed. And also, recommendations are offered on the installation of this system on a truck of the brand "KamAZ".
